Use Butterfly Pea Flowers for Colored Noodles

For fun and colored rice noodles in your next dish simply cook them in butterfly pea flower tea, the stronger or more butterfly pea flowers you add to your tea the deeper blue your rice noodles will be. Less flowers or our Blue Tea sachets for a lighter blue. Add citrus over the noodles in your dish for a fun color change effect as butterfly pea flowers react to pH change or citrus. Or do this in advance while still in the pot for an even color change across all noodles. You can obtain many colors simply by how strong or weak you make your original tea. In summary any application that absorbs moisture when cooking can be colored like this. Have fun!
