"Float Away" Hibiscus Cocktail

Glass Used: Coupé
Recipe:
Chill coupe glass with ice and water 3/4 of the way up
2oz Hendrick Gin
3 drops hibiscus bitters
1oz lemon sugar syrup ( Homemade lemon sugar syrup (1 part sugar, 0.5 part water, 0.5 part fresh lemon juice)
Shake with ice
Rub inside of chilled coupe with lemon shaving
Strain and pour into chilled coupe glass
Add 2oz of prosseco
Spoon pour Cab sav float
Garnish:
Lemon shaving

I wanted to pair my two favourite drinks, gin and red wine.
