Glass Used: Hollow Grapefruit She'll
Recipe:
1oz Cana Brava Rum
1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Hibiscus Syrup (2:1 dilution)
2 dashes Peychauds bitters
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Add five Kold-Draft cubes. Blend and pour into Hollow grapefruit shell.
Add short Slurpee straw and serve.
Garnish:
Two long pineapple leaf strands standing through slush.
Inspiration:
A blender ready interpretation of the classic Hemingway Daiquiri that adds a little sweetness to hold up to the slushy consistency.
